These terms apply to your use of eagleresearchlabs.net and to any order you place with Eagle Research. By placing an order you agree to them.

Research use only

All products sold by Eagle Research are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not medicines, food, supplements or cosmetics. They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research organisation, and that you will handle, store, use and dispose of the products lawfully and in accordance with accepted laboratory practice. You are responsible for ensuring the products may lawfully be received and held at your location.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. We make every effort to keep product descriptions, images, stock levels and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply it. We may also decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Placing an order does not complete a sale. Payment is by bank transfer, and an order is only accepted and dispatched once we have verified the transfer.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account and rewards

If you create an account or take part in Eagle Rewards, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Reward points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or withdrawn where an account is being misused.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, branding, tools and calculators — belongs to Eagle Research and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eagle Research is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from misuse of a product, from use outside a laboratory research setting, or from any use inconsistent with these terms. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
