Shipping policy

Eagle Research ships within Australia only, to all states and territories.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat AU$14.95 per order by Australia Post Express Post, regardless of order size or destination.

Payment and dispatch

Orders are paid by bank transfer. Dispatch takes place after we have verified your payment against your order number. Orders with payment verified before 9am Sydney time (AEST/AEDT) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders verified at or after the cut-off, or on a non-business day, are dispatched on the next business day.

Please use your order number as the transfer reference — not your name — so your payment can be matched to your order without delay.

Delivery

We send orders by Australia Post Express Post and email your tracking number when your parcel is dispatched. Within the Express Post network, delivery to metropolitan addresses is usually the next business day after dispatch; regional and remote addresses take longer. These transit estimates exclude payment verification and dispatch processing. Carrier delays can affect delivery estimates.

Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents.

Delays and lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been lodged with Australia Post. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it once another shipping charge is paid.
